VENDER LIST

Code Enforcement is often requested to help people find a vender who can do land clearing, mowing, vehicle removal, building destruction and removal, hauling, and various other tasks.   We do not recommend or endorse any one vender.   The list below is furnished to the public as a courtesy.    The Town of Lake Placid, Lake Placid Police Department, and code enforcement does not guarantee, warranty, or recommend any vender listed on this page.   All transactions are between the venders and the customers.   The Town of Lake Placid, Lake Placid Police Department, and code enforcement is not responsible for any financial negotiations, payments, or property damage caused by the vender's listed.    Customers negotiating with the venders listed do so at their own risk.  

All venders must provide business addresses within Highlands County, Florida.    Venders are placed on this web page in the order the ad is purchased for a fee of $20.00 per year.    Ads are limited to text.   Web pages and emails will be entered, however, automatic linking to the web page or email is not guaranteed.   Entries shall consist of simple text.     Entries shall not be modified until the next annual renewal.      Description of services section is limited to 20 words with number sets counting as one word each.    No web entry will be made until fee is paid.    Venders will not be notified when ad expiration occurs.  Venders are notified that this ad does not serve as a recommendation for any particular vender's services.  Venders are responsible for submitting the text they wish to appear (within the limitations given) to the police department.   Entries onto the web page will be made within five business days of receiving payment.
