CPR AND FIRST AID CLASSES BY THE LAKE PLACID POLICE DEPARTMENT
 

We have trained and certified over 200 citizens, officers, firefighters and emergency service personnel since 2007 in American Heart Association Approved CPR and First Aid Courses.   We dedicate our time to this project at no charge to the Town of Lake Placid to prepare our community to deal with emergencies and to raise funds for AED and training equipment for the police department.

All classes are held at the Lake Placid Police Department, 8 North Oak Avenue, Lake Placid, Fl. or at the Lake Placid Holiday Inn Express behind the new Gate Service Station at US 27 and Lakeview Road.



CLASSES OFFERED REGIONALLY AS REQUESTED BY PUBLIC

 Classes are offered at the following rates
American Heart Association CPR $30.00 - Certification is for two years
American Heart Association First Aid $30.00 - Certification is for three years

 Both of the above classes for $45.00

 Fees must be paid before class at Lake Placid Police Department.

THE CLASS PRICES ABOVE DO NOT INCLUDE A STUDENT MANUAL

American Heart Association student manual review is highly recommended and student is more likely to retain and review their skills if the student owns a manual.
Manuals can be borrowed from the police department until class is over or ordered from the following sources. Delivery generally takes about two weeks.
